Harnessing the Power of High-Throughput Virology and DoE for Rapid Vector Optimization

Poster highlights how Virica integrates High-Throughput Virology (HTV™) with Design of Experiments (DoE) to rapidly optimize viral vector production processes. Evaluating up to 360 unique conditions and 1080 runs in a single DoE experiment, our platform enables efficient viral vector manufacturing. Applied to both AAV and lentiviral vectors, the combined approach accelerates optimization of critical parameters such as plasmid ratios, transfection reagents, and DNA quantities, leading to 2.5-fold yield improvements. Scalable from 96-well plates to shake flasks, our unique combination of HTV™ with DoE significantly reduces time, cost, and complexity in vector manufacturing.
