Development of Small Molecule Enhancers for Improved Lentiviral-Based Cell Therapy Manufacturing: A NIIMBL Funded Project
This poster highlights results from a NIIMBL-funded project using Virica’s Viral Sensitizer VSE™ technology to improve both LVV production and T-cell transduction. Through high throughput screening and formulation development, the project identified enhancers that increased functional LVV output and improved T cell transduction in clinically relevant models, supporting up to 3 times overall CAR T manufacturing productivity.
