Addition of CellVantageTM LV enhanced functional lentivirus titer by up to 3.8x in suspension HEK293 cells at shake flask scale.

Addition of CellVantageTM LV in combination with an HDAC inhibitor further enhanced functional lentivirus titer up to 4.4-fold compared to HDAC inhibitor alone (1.8-fold), demonstrating stackable benefits with existing common process additives.
