Using BioSolve Process modeling, the study demonstrates that even modest yield improvements (e.g., 1.8x) can result in substantial reductions in upstream production costs, batch numbers, and environmental impact. Tested in both small-scale cultures and iCELLis\u00ae Nano bioreactors, VSEs delivered up to 7-fold increases in viral yield and up to 4-fold at scale.
