Using HTV, more than 1,000 molecules were rapidly screened, uncovering compounds that boosted AAV yields by up to 2.5-fold in genomic titer and 6-fold in functional titer at bioreactor scale. The integration of DoE streamlined simultaneous testing of multiple variables, significantly speeding up process optimization.
