The data demonstrates successful VSE-driven benefits at multiple scales, including shake flasks, Ambr\u00ae 15 systems, and 5L bioreactors, with a 2.2-fold increase in AAV8 yield. VSEs also showed a significant 10x enhancement of MVA production across diverse strains and at bioreactor scale. Easily added to media during transfection\/infection, VSEs are rapidly metabolized and removed via standard purification, as confirmed by sensitive HPLC and MS assays.
