We start by developing custom formulations for your specific platform that are either Client Driven or that rely on Virica’s Formulation Services. We can then provide support, should you require any, to help you meet the necessary regulatory requirements for the incorporation of our VSEs into your processes. Finally, we provide you with these formulations for use in your platform for as long as you require them through a long-term supply arrangement.
You can develop a custom formulation of our VSEs by evaluating them at your own facilities. We send you a prioritized subset of our VSEs and provide you with dedicated support throughout—from designing experiments to developing a custom formulation to finally meeting the necessary manufacturing-related regulatory requirements to incorporate the custom formulation into your process.
We can develop a custom formulation of our VSEs to enhance your specific viral production platform by using our proprietary high-throughput methodology. By outsourcing the testing and custom formulation of VSEs to Virica, you benefit from more than a decade of Viral Sensitizer expertise and experience, while being able to focus your valuable time on your many competing priorities.
We know the challenges academic researchers face to manufacture enough product for their research. Virica has pre-developed research grade VSE formulations for use in academic settings to manufacture lentivirus (VSE-Lenti) in adherent HEK293T cells. We are working on a similar product for manufacturing of AAV (VSE-AAV). Both of these products will make your academic work more efficient and cost effective.
